Canceling:
You can cancel your confirmed order within three hours, and your payment will be returned.
Assist us with supplying information about your bank account. You will carry the additional charge for
refunding your payment. Refunds will be made to your bank account only and not by MasterCard, PayPal,
Visa card, American Express, and more payment methods.
We make our delivery within sixty days. When you have not had the parcel in time, make us known by email.

Return:
Our policy is in effect for 16 days. We are unable to provide you with a refund or exchange if 16 days have passed since your purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original condition. Additionally, it needs to be in its original packaging.
No item will be returned for any other reason. There is hardly any possibility of damage to the products.
You can make returns of small items on our website, such as beads, pearls, glitter powder, glue, googly eyes,
sequins, artificial flowers, and other small items. Big items are not returnable, such as:
pet house, cushion cover Christmas house, any craft-related ribbon, wreath, nursery garland, pumpkin house,
light item, etc.

Refund:
We will email you to let you know that your returned item has been received once it has been received and examined. We will also let you know if your refund has been approved or denied. Within a predetermined number of days after your refund is authorized, a credit will be automatically made to your credit card or original payment method. There are no refunds for delivery charges.
